The Next Activity
Feelings Drawing with Non-Dominant Hand
The goal is to draw three feelings that you’re currently experiencing or that you’ve been experiencing recently.
We’re going to try to do this swiftly, in about five minutes.
Use whatever drawing utensils you want — the more fun and kid-like the better! Think crayons, markers, pastels, etc.
The depiction can be as simple choosing a color and shape for each feeling (e.g. sadness as a blue circle), or you can get more illustrative with it.
You could draw all three on the same page or each on its own page.
